The Technical Support and Service Department delivers quality technical support in a timely manner through its team of highly skilled engineers and technicians who undergo periodic training in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance at our principals' factories overseas. Technical product seminars and workshops to share technical knowledge and enhance practical skills are routinely conducted.

The central service facility holds a complete inventory of critical spares, a full-range of precision tools, advanced testing equipment and calibration systems essential for quality product support. With a key emphasis on prompt response, every effort is taken to respond to service calls within four hours and normally provide a complete fix within twenty-four hours.

A proactive approach in addressing the needs of the customers with cost-effective and responsive support position us to remain as one of the leaders in delivering application and technical support to our valued customers.
